I love making these Pecan Tassies in the fall.
Especially for parties and potlucks, they are the perfect combination of rich dessert and easy-to-serve finger food!
Pecan Tassies

Ingredients
- 2 c. butter, room temp
- 12 oz cream cheese, room temp
- 4 c. flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 ½ c. packed brown sugar
- 3 T. melted butter
- ½ t. Vanilla
- Pinch salt
- 1 ½ c. chopped pecans
Instructions
- Cream together butter and cream cheese.
- Add flour, one cup at a time.
- Roll into small balls and press into mini muffin tins.
- Melt butter.
- Whisk in eggs, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla and salt.
- Mix in pecans.
- Fill ⅔ full with spoon.
- Bake 15-18 mins until shell is light brown and filling has puffed.
- Cool and enjoy.
