Master Muffins: Berry Edition

Preheat oven to 400* F.

Combine:

1 1/3 c. All Purpose Flour

1/2 c. + 2 T. Granulated Sugar

1 T. Baking Powder

3/4 t. Salt

Whisk together and add to flour mixture:

2 Large Eggs

3/4 c. Milk

2 t. Vanilla Extract

Zest of 1 Lemon

Melt and add:

1/2 c. Butter

Mix in:

1 Small Container Berries

Fill paper lined or greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 10-12 minutes on middle rack or until toothpick is clean.
